DRINK-DRIVING REHABILITATION COURSES

Important/ Further Information

Participants are required to pay the standard fee of £150 before the end of the course.

Drivers who have been referred to a drink driver rehabilitation scheme should contact the course co-ordinator to arrange an initial interview and to discus entry into the next available training course. The co-ordinator will also discus with you course attendance requirements and payment.

At the end of each course the original court will be advised of the following possible outcomes:

1. Withdrawn from course: we reserve the right to withdraw a participant because of non-compliance or disruption
2. Course successfully completed: the person has attended, paid all fees and participated fully in all activities
3. Course not successfully completed: examples include failure to attend all sessions, failure to pay course fees or non-participation in the group activities.

Participants have the right of appeal against unsuccessful outcomes.

The main aim of the course is to reduce the risk of drink-drivers reoffending. The programme is designed to educate drink-drive offenders in relation to alcohol and its effects in general but also with particular reference to drink-driving.

How do we work with Clients?
