Everything you wanted to know and were afraid to ask!

Alcohol education is offered to young people or groups of young people who have no serious difficulties with alcohol and drugs. We can see individual young people and discuss issues. Sometimes we might go into schools and educate large groups of young people in the classroom.

The information covers areas such as:

• How alcohol and drugs affect your physiological, psychological or mental health
• The harm they do to your body, & how they change your behaviour
• Dangerous situations young people might find themselves in
• Alcohol and the law
• Binge drinking versus social drinking
• Units of alcohol and safe levels of alcohol drinking.

And of course we are there to answer any questions that young people might have.

These educational sessions are done in an informal way using videos, games, case studies and discussions.
